You will be able to reach your driver via phone during the tour only. Please use email for any communication before the tour. Note*1: To Furano and Biei from Sapporo, it is a 2 to 3 hour journey one way, maximum 6 hours round trip. Your will have 3 hours in Furano and Biei. Note*2: This tour is designed for Sapporo departure. We can only pick you up within Sapporo City.
      • There are only a limited number of car seats and booster seats. Rear-facing car seats are not available. You must contact us directly if you need them.
